Reservation conditions
Booking deposit
In order to confirm your booking, you must transfer a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your stay within 7 calendar days to the account number provided by us. Once your booking deposit has been received, your reservation is considered final.
Remaining amount
The remaining amount of your booking must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days before arrival. If the remaining amount is not paid by the specified date, the reservation will be cancelled. In this case, you will not receive a refund of the booking deposit. Any additional costs for meals and drinks will be settled in cash at the end of your stay.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made by email. You will then receive an email from us confirming your cancellation.
In case of cancellation:
- Up to 1 month before the start of your stay, you will not receive a refund of your reservation deposit and you will receive 100% of the remaining amount if it has already been paid.
- From 29 days to 15 days before the start of your stay, you will not receive a refund of your reservation deposit and you will receive 50% of the remaining amount.
- Less than 15 days before the start of your stay, you will not receive a refund of your reservation deposit and you will not receive a refund of the remaining amount.
In case of cancellation on site or early departure, you will not receive any refund.
We recommend that you take out reliable travel and/or cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Other arrangements are possible if discussed with us in advance and confirmed by us.
