The man of the house, Kersten, enjoyed a cookery training at hotel school ‘Ter Duinen’ in Koksijde. In the kitchen he is assisted by his son, Maxime, who also followed a training in the kitchen. After 20 years Kersten will finally get his chef’s hat from under the dust. They will spoil you with delicious international dishes with a Spanish touch.
Breakfast in buffet style
Every morning we offer you a rich breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, cheese, meat, homemade products such as homemade bread, homemade jam, eggs, delicious coffee and tea and of course a fresh fruit juice can not be missed.
Three nights a week we offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy a delicious dinner with us. In the morning at breakfast you can let us know if you want to join the table. Of course this is without obligation.
A themed evening will also be organized at regular intervals. The other evenings you can go to one of the many restaurants or bars in the neighborhood. We are happy to help you with the reservation.
In our cozy outdoor kitchen with bar you can always go for a refreshing drink. Snacks are available in the afternoon.
Every winter several thousand kilos of olives are picked here. We bring this to the almazara, the olive press. Here they are converted into the ‘liquid gold’. You can taste our olive oil in our b & b, but you can also buy a bottle as a souvenir for home.
You can also use the honesty bar. The drinks are noted and settled at the end of the stay.
